  • 🌩️ Calms them through storms and fireworks
  • 🧣 Snood hood covers the ears
  • 🐕 Fits all breeds, XS to 3XL
  • 🪶 Light soft-shell, no bulk, no overheating
  • 💊 No meds, no side effects
  • 🧼 Machine washable
Will My Dog Actually Wear It?

Most dogs adjust within one or two uses. It is a soft-shell pullover with no straps to fight with, so they forget it is on quickly. Let them sniff it first, then reward with a treat when you put it on. If they are stubborn, do five minutes a day for a few days and they come around.

Is It Machine Washable?

Yes. Wash on a gentle cycle with cool water and air dry. Skip the tumble dryer and it holds its shape far longer.

How Quick Will It Ship?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, with delivery typically taking 5 to 9 business days after shipment. Tracking is emailed as soon as it leaves the warehouse.

Hurricane Season Sale - 50% off

See it on a real dog

Storm rolls in, vest goes on, he settles.
Hood up over the ears is the part other wraps leave out.

It is not just for storms

Hurricane season is what brought most people here. But the vest works on anything that reliably sets your dog off, because it is not treating the noise, it is giving them steady pressure to hold onto while it happens.

🌩️
Thunderstorms and hurricanes

The crack, the pressure drop and the static all hit at once. Put it on before the storm arrives rather than during it and most dogs settle within minutes.

🎆
Fireworks

Fourth of July, New Year, and the neighbours who start a week early. The snood over the ears is doing real work here.

🏠
When you leave the house

Separation anxiety is the one people do not expect it to help with. Put it on ten minutes before you go, not as you walk out, so it is not a signal that you are leaving.

🚗
Car rides and travel

Long trips, traffic, the crate in the back. Good for dogs who pace and pant the whole drive.

🩺
Vet visits and grooming

The waiting room, the table, the clippers. Take it with you and put it on before you go in.

🧹
Vacuums and household noise

Hoovers, blenders, the garage door, the doorbell. The everyday stuff that turns a calm dog into a shaking one.

🎉
Guests and parties

A house full of strangers is its own kind of storm. Gives an overwhelmed dog something steady while the room is loud.

🌙
Restless nights

Some dogs pace or whine at night for no reason you can see. A short wear before bed helps a lot of them settle.

PupHug is a comfort garment, not a medical device or a treatment. Every dog is different. For persistent or severe anxiety, speak with your veterinarian.

It is a hug, not a costume
WHY IT WORKS

It is a hug, not a costume

Steady, even pressure across the chest and back is the same principle behind swaddling a baby. During a storm your dog is hit from every direction at once by the noise, the pressure drop and the static. The vest gives them one constant, predictable feeling to hold onto instead.

The part other vests leave out
THE HOOD

The part other vests leave out

Most calming wraps stop at the body and leave the ears wide open, which is where the thunder actually gets in. The PupHug snood pulls up over the ears and neck to take the edge off the noise, and folds down flat the rest of the time.

Over the head and done
ON IN SECONDS

Over the head and done

No buckles, no velcro to tear at, nothing to adjust in the dark while your dog is already panicking. Over the head, front legs through, done in about ten seconds even on a nervous dog. Put it on before the storm arrives rather than during it.

It really works

I put it on during her tail-chasing sessions and she calms down immediately. After ten minutes I take it off again. The size is good for my Jack Russell.

Helped through the fireworks

This is a good fit for my large cross breed, about 100 lb. It did help with all the fireworks going off.

Fits my retriever perfectly

This fits my flat-coated retriever perfectly. I bought one size smaller first and it was okay, but this one is great.

Thunder, fireworks and gunshots

The jacket arrived fast. It is very nice, well made and fits perfectly. My dog is afraid of thunder, fireworks and gunshots, and I did not expect to be able to test it the same day I got it.

Everything in order. Good quality fabric and the measurements match the chart. My dog seems calmer wearing it. We will see how he does with the fireworks.

Size up is too big

The XXL was a bit too big for my 48 lb staffie. Effectiveness remains to be seen over time.

Loose in the chest

Everything is fine with it, but it turned out too large in the chest for mine so I am exchanging it. Good product though.

Neckline too tight for mine

Unfortunately the neckline is tight. It was not suitable for my dog.

Questions

How snug should it be?

Snug enough that the pressure stays steady, loose enough to slide two fingers underneath. If it shifts around while they walk, size down. If they seem restricted, size up. If you are between sizes, size up.

Can they wear it for fireworks and car rides?

Yes. Anything that reliably sets them off, from the Fourth of July to vet visits, travel and vacuums. It is not just for storms.

Does the hood have to be up?

No. Plenty of dogs settle with the snood folded down and only want it up during the loudest part. Try it both ways and let your dog tell you.

How long can they wear it?

A few hours at a time is fine. Take it off between storms so the pressure stays novel, and never leave it on an unsupervised or crated dog.

My dog is between two sizes

Size up. A vest that is slightly roomy still delivers even pressure. One that is too tight will get pulled off, and a tight neckline is the single most common complaint on wraps like this.

What if it does not help my dog?

Send it back within 30 days for a full refund. Every dog is different and some need more than a wrap. We would rather refund you than argue about it.

30-Night Calm Guarantee

Try it through a full storm season. If your dog is not calmer in it, email us inside 30 days and we will refund you. No photos, no hoops.
